Activites at Srikadhama
Agnihotra is an ancient Vedic practice performed at sunrise to purify the environment and bring mental clarity and calm. Using simple offerings like rice and ghee with sacred mantras, it creates a peaceful, focused space that supports mindfulness and inner balance. This quiet, meaningful ritual helps you align with nature’s rhythms and experience the timeless wisdom of India’s spiritual traditions. Guests are invited to join us for Agnihotra each morning between 6:00 am and 6:30 am.

Food at SrikaDhama
At Srikadhama, we cook on a traditional wood-fired stove, known locally as an Astra Bhatti — a handcrafted earthen hearth that has been used for generations in Indian homes.
Built from natural materials and fueled by firewood, this stove allows us to cook slowly and mindfully, without the use of electricity. Meals are prepared in heavy-bottomed vessels that hold heat beautifully, preserving both the taste and nutrients of every ingredient.
Whether it’s simmering rice, sautéing vegetables, or making your evening turmeric latte, everything is cooked with care — over fire.
It’s an old way of cooking, full of warmth, patience, and soul.
